R.H. Johnson Pool

Demonstration of the new D routine by it's creator, Lisa Friedman

The R. H. Johnson Pool will be closed on Thursday, February 7 due to maintenance work on the pool deck.

We will be video taping Lisa demonstrating the routine during class. You must sign a wavier to allow us to video tape you while doing the exercises. Location: R. H. Johnson pool.

We will try out the new C CD without Lisa's help.
